About Our Speaker
Dr. Dena Behm Dillon, Pharm.D., AAHIVP, is a specialized pharmacist with a passion for the care of people living with HIV, which she’s had the privilege of doing for over 25 years. She currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in the adult and pediatrics HIV Clinics at UIHC, consultant and mentor for Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center (MATEC) and Partners PrEP coordinator for Iowa TelePrEP (an HIV prevention program).
She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy, then completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, Florida and an Infectious Diseases/Critical Care Specialty Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
